We are excited to announce the launch of our highly anticipated e-waste events in partnership with
Camo Crew. These events are free for everyone and aim to address the growing problem of e-recycling in the United States. By participating in these events, you can help make a difference right here in our own community, reducing the amount of electronic waste that ends up in landfills and protecting our environment. The Issue of E-Waste in the U.S.:
E-recycling is a major issue that needs urgent attention. Electronics represent only 2% of America's trash in landfills, but they contribute to a staggering 70% of overall toxic waste. When electronics are improperly discarded, they release harmful chemicals and materials that pose significant threats to both human health and the environment. By raising awareness and taking action, we can mitigate these risks and promote responsible e-waste management.
Camo Crew, in collaboration with our organization, has organized three e-waste events taking place in different locations throughout SE Wisconsin. These events provide an excellent opportunity for individuals, families, and businesses to dispose of their electronic waste responsibly. Here are the details of each event:
KW North Shore/KW Innovation E-Waste Event:

KW New Berlin/KW Innovation E-Waste Event:
Date: Saturday, July 29

KW Lake Country E-Waste Event:
Date: Saturday, August 26
Time: 10am-2pm

How You Can Contribute:
We encourage you and your sphere of influence to participate in these e-waste events and spread the word about the importance of responsible e-recycling.
Attend the events: Gather all your old electronic devices that are no longer in use and bring them to one of the designated event locations. Camo Crew will ensure that these items are recycled properly, minimizing the negative impact on the environment.
What can be recycled: TVs, Computers, Monitors, Printers, Scanners, Keyboards, Mice, Cables, Circuits, Boards, Lamps, Clocks, Flashlights, Calculators, Phones, Answering Machines, Camera, Radios, VCRs, DVD Players, MP3 & CD Players, Small Kitchen Appliances (Toasters, Microwaves, Coffee Makers, etc)
