On Friday, June 20, local realtor Zac Shipley with the Level Up Real Estate Team - Keller Williams is hosting The Longest Open House—a one-of-a-kind event blending real estate, entertainment, and giving back to support Alzheimer’s research.

🏠 Tour a Home, Support a Cause

This isn’t your typical open house. From 8 AM to 8 PM, come tour a gorgeous Lakeshore Commons home—graciously provided by F Street Development Group—while enjoying all-day activities and entertainment. Thanks to the support of Santiago and Holly Speranza of Root River Realty, this home will be the heart of something truly special.

💜 Why We’re Doing It

Alzheimer’s affects millions of families each year. We’re raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association, with every lemonade sold and raffle ticket purchased going toward vital research and support services.

🎸 At 5:00 PM, don’t miss a special acoustic performance by Gold Steps, an alt/pop/rock band bringing you an unplugged set of originals and covers—sponsored by Chayce Sutton, Loan Officer with Guild Mortgage.
