Meet the Team!
We've made some changes in the past year to our team, and we'd like to introduce you to the team and tell you a bit about our team's history! With new additions, we now have 3 agents who serve buyers and sellers and 1 listing specialist, with a support team of 3 admin who work behind the scenes, supporting the agents.
The Team
Starting from the top, our rainmaker (Keller Williams term for CEO) is Dawn Shipley. Dawn has been a licensed realtor since 2015, and real estate has always been a passion. She graduated from UW Madison with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. She spent time teaching in Washington DC and spent time as a center director for a local non-profit childcare center. She is involved in the PTA at her children's school and a registered Girl Scout leader with her daughter's troop.
Zac Shipley (husband of Dawn Shipley) has been a licensed realtor since 2017, and has extensive sales experience dating back years prior. He is a graduate of the Broadcasting Institute of Maryland, with a major in marketing for telecom. Before becoming a realtor, he represented sales campaigns for Comcast, Time Warner Cable and TDS Telecom. With Keller Williams, Zac has consulted with leaders on the local, national and international level with the evolving technology platform used by KW agents and administrators. Outside of real estate, his passions include cooking, playing video games and music!
Chelsea Randall has been a realtor since 2020, while continuing working as a nanny for a wonderful family. She found her passion for real estate a few years after attending the University of Milwaukee. Not even a year of being at Keller Williams, Level Up recognized her determination, talent and sociable manner and knew that she would be the perfect addition to the team. She has now been with Level Up for 2 years. She loves meeting new clients, curating their goals and creating a smooth transaction. In her free time, she paints, spends time with her cats and enjoys coffee and wine.
Lisa Packard is one of our newest additions to the team! She has merged her team, Team Packard, with Level Up. She has been happily serving buyers and sellers since 2013, but now is more focused on being a Listing Specialist with Level Up. Lisa is a degreed interior designer, a mother of two sons and a wife to her best friend. She and her family reside in Greendale with a very fluffy cat & dog. Lisa and her husband also enjoy performing improvisational comedy together in Milwaukee!
Kim Rogowski is now one of three admin on Level Up. She first joined the team at the beginning of 2021 and has watched the team grow exponentially since. Kim has her Bachelor's in Photography and Graphic Design and worked various graphic design and marketing jobs since graduation. For Level Up, her focus as an admin is on Marketing, but also supports in client care and transactions as well. She enjoys cuddling up with her Goldendoodle and playing video games, as well as attending various sporting events.
Robbie Korwek joined Level Up in 2022, after he moved from the East Coast to Wisconsin! Robbie is the team's transaction coordinator. Behind the scenes, he makes sure the deal is going smoothly and that all paperwork is correctly filled out and signed. In his free time, he enjoys going to live music concerts and will travel to see some of his favorite bands.
Yolanda Karolewicz (Yoli) comes to us from Team Packard, where she served as Lisa's Executive Assistant since 2019. She has a background in community service. Her broard experience in working with people of all ages and situations brings her a great understanding of many cultures and walks of life. Yoli enjoys spending time with her family, her faith and laughter.
History of Level Up
Dawn and Zac joined Keller Williams in 2017, where they operated as a husband/wife team under the name Dawn & Zac Shipley. After a very successful few years, their goals of growing the team came to life in 2021 when they hired their first admin. With the new addition, the team under went a name change and became Shipley Home Group. That name didn't stick long before the team landed on the name Level Up powered by Keller Williams. There are different types of leveling up when it comes to real estate, that we thought this name encompassed all of them. Whether you are going from renting to owning for the first time or needing a larger home or even downsizing, we are here to help!
